Increasing purchasing limit

How do I increase my business’ purchasing limit?

Behalf customers are eligible for a purchasing limit increase request, for their business, once every six months. Once your business is eligible for an increase, you can submit your request by following the steps below:

  • Sign in to your Behalf customer account
  • On the Dashboard, just under your current Purchasing Limit, you should see the text, “Increase Purchasing Limit” (if eligible – see below):

  • Click on the link to begin the process
  • If you are not eligible, check back every few weeks for the link or contact Behalf Support to receive information on when you may become eligible
When you click on the link, you will be asked to provide your requested purchasing limit. On the next page of the form, you’ll see a list of relevant financial documents to upload and once received, Behalf will review the request.

The outcome will be one of three decisions:

  • Unable to offer additional purchasing power
  • Partial increase of requested amount
  • Approval for full requested amount
