Signing into Your Account
The following are some basic instructions and troubleshooting tips for signing into your Account:
1. From our website or Payment Widget, click on SIGN IN
2. Enter your Behalf email address exactly as it appears in your Profile, making sure there are no spaces before or after the address.
3. Choose whether you wish to sign in by (see screenshot below):
– Password: click on the lock where it says ‘PASSWORD’, or
– Email delivered Verification Code: click on the envelope where it says ‘EMAIL’
4. Steps for signing in by entering your password:
– If you selected password
– Enter your password in the field provided
– Click on Sign In
5. Steps for signing in by Email delivered Verification Code:
– If you selected email.
– Click on the green Send Email button
– Open a NEW TAB in your browser and login to your email inbox to retrieve the pin code
– Go back to the prior screen (where you clicked on the green Send Email button) to enter the pin code, then click on the green button to enter your account**
** Once you retrieve the pin code from your email inbox, you need to go back to the same tab where you pressed Send Email. That screen now provides a field where you can enter the verification code. Enter the code here to access your account.
