Customers and merchants can reach Behalf’s Support department, during business hours (9am-5pm M-F), using one of the following channels:
– Email (merchants: email@example.com, customers: firstname.lastname@example.org)
– Chat (when the chat is open, a Live Chat button will be visible on the bottom right of the customer/merchant’s Behalf Dashboard)
– Telephone: (877) 943-9962 (in addition to self-help options, you can leave a message and our Support team will respond within 24 hours by email or phone)
If you already have an account, when contacting us, make sure to do so using the email address or telephone number listed on your Behalf account. This will allow Behalf’s Support department to properly identify you.
